This has been the home of the Paulsen family since 1786. We opened a small restaurant in our farm in 1895. After World War II our hotel began as we furnished the first couple of rooms. We kept the family-charm and personal atmosphere all through the years and meanwhile twenty-five employees and the fourth and fifth generation of the Paulsen family do their best to make you feel at home.
