The Ramada Plaza Hotel International, a recently renovated historic city landmark, has 445 standard rooms and 13 parlor suites. Our lobby's marble columns and floor, crystal chandeliers and polished brass fixtures accentuate the hotel's Victorian-style charm. All of our public areas and guest floors feature high ceilings, wood paneling and plaster moldings common to turn-of-the-century architecture.

At our front door, on Market Street, are the world famous restored historic trolleys, which go to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, and Ghirardelli Square. Just 3 blocks away is the San Francisco Shopping Centre which houses Nordstrom's, the closest major department store to our hotel. Three blocks from the hotel (on Powell Street) is Union Square. The Financial District, the West Coast's hub for business and banking is a short 10 minute train ride from our hotel. Adjacent to the Financial District and on the far side of Union Square from the hotel is Chinatown, which is just a twenty to thirty minute walk.
